30-day returns and exchanges
Plain, unpersonalised garments may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange if unworn and in resaleable condition. Contact JK Clothing with your order number to arrange a return.
Garments embroidered or printed to your instructions are excluded from change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
How to return your garments
Email sales@jkclothing.co.uk or call 020 8859 4004 for return instructions and a returns number. Include this number with your return.
Return in store with no postage charge, or arrange and pay for return postage. Postal returns: JK Clothing, 148 Well Hall Road, Eltham, London SE9 6SN. Contact us first if an item is faulty or incorrect.
Fees, refunds and your rights
A 10% handling fee on the returned product price applies where legally permitted. It does not apply to faulty goods or returns under statutory consumer cancellation rights.
Refunds take 3–5 days from receipt of the return. Our 30-day policy is additional to your statutory rights and does not restrict them. These specific return details clarify the returns provisions in our general terms.
